The King room we booked was significantly smaller than expected and lacked the refrigerator that was advertised.

Honestly no complains at all. Particularly good location, generous and varied breakfast with good assortment. Friendly check-in, parking on-site. By the way, parking fee - gbp 15 per day. Easily reachable, set walk from a train station.

On the downside, the room description wasn't accurate. We expected a larger King room with a sofa bed but found it smaller than anticipated, without the promised amenities like a refrigerator. The breakfast lacked sufficient vegetarian options, and we felt uncomfortable when staff questioned our choices during breakfast.

Central location made exploring Zug easy. Just a short walk to the train station and local attractions. Room was spacious and modern, equipped with air conditioning and a tv. The breakfast included a variety of options that catered to all tastes, from fresh fruits to delicious pastries. Staff were helpful, providing local tips and assistance when needed. The noise from the street was noticeable when windows were open, though closing them offered a soundproofed experience. The gym access was limited and required additional payment.

The lack of wall sockets near the bed makes charging devices inconvenient!!! The air conditioning units are too loud, disrupting sleep quality at night!!! Consider clearer communication regarding room features to avoid confusion upon arrival.

The breakfast was very nice, they had all sorts of Swiss goodies and was included in the room rate! The staff were really friendly and gave us a few tips on where to take the kids around.

It wasn't cheap, but considering the experience, it was acceptable.

The breakfast was really nice, full of options for everyone, and the staff were friendly, going out of their way to provide us umbrellas when it rained! We had a nice moment when we lost my son's penguin toy and they were really good too mail it back to us, it really showed how much they care.

It wasn't inexpensive, but given the overall quality it was tolerable.

Had a lovely stay with great breakfast filled with Swiss treats. The old-fashioned bowling lanes were a fun surprise. Only downside was occasional street noise. still, would return!

Good place with excellent amenities like free wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, and tv. The staff helped me find great dining options on my first stay. I'm looking forward to my next city break here!
